This is a cover story I wrote. I like spotify and deezer. But they don't have enough music from overseas. Amazon music as well as Apple/Itunes are both great. Youtube is why I make use of it. It's the only place you can listen to music from all nations, from all the cultural backgrounds and is available immediately after it is played on radios. It's not just because the labels are sharing music on Youtube as well, but also due to all the music lovers that listen to new songs on the radio, record it, put it into video file and share the video on youtube as a video. You can also perform the song yourself and then upload it to Youtube. Some of these shares receive millions of views but are not found by the copyright claim service.

It is possible to search for any song on Youtube in several copies, regardless of whether they are good or bad quality. All is well, so long as I enjoy the music. So I go to YouTube to discover the best music, then buy copies, and have never had to pay any amount for music over the many years.
